Shipping policy

IMPORTANT: Once the carrier has taken control of the package we no longer have any control over your shipment.

We strive to process orders for shipping within 5-7 business days. Our goal is to ship all orders in a timely manner. If there is a delay in shipping your order expect an email from us with further information.

While we strive for 5-7 business days delays may arise due to peak holiday times or inclement weather (hurricanes etc) which can cause a delay in shipping times. 

The carriers we use are USPS & UPS as we have had great experiences with them.
